National Jesuit Committee on Investment Responsibility Releases Annual Report

The National Jesuit Committee on Investment Responsibility, or NJCIR, recently released its annual report (linked below). A collaborative of the US and English Canadian provinces, the primary purpose of the committee is to advocate for and effect change in corporate behavior by coordinating shareholder advocacy initiatives at both the province and national levels. NJCIR province representatives collaborate to identify economic justice priorities and to work together to promote corporate social responsibility consistent with the social teaching of the Church.

The Missouri Province will host the NJCIR for a bi-annual meeting at St. Louis University's Water Tower Inn on Thursday, October 23.
